I come to the Franklin rd location frequently and every time I come there is the same sweet young lady I think her name is sandy... it says on my receipt. She is very polite she reads my order back to me and makes sure I'm taken care of. I always give her atip she is very hard working she should get a raise she is always smiling. Great team members. Unfortunately my APP wasn?t working and they did great on accommodating that it wouldn?t let me check in.... Sad to say I didn?t receive but one sauce for 3 chicken items. I also did not get the cheese dip that come with my pretzelsadly. Read more
Horrible service every time and always takes an extra 20-25 mins even with ordering ahead. On top of that the order is always... wrong. Had to drive back on my lunch break to get bacon 2 different occasions and the sandwich comes with bacon on it. I workedat a Sonic as my first job and I know how everything works in there and this is unacceptable service and quality. Read more
Had not been to Sonic in a long time, but it was nice, greeted immediately after puching the call button, ordered jumbo chicken... bites(only complaint it was more crumbs ), the whole experience was good though, Candice our server, was very sweet. Price arereasonable. Shakes are good! Burgers are good! Thanks for all you do keeping America rolling! My Daughter and grandson did notknow tips are to be given to waitress for service. I inquired why the receipt did not have a space to leave a tip , she said, ifshe has to manually run the card , that's just the way it is. Thank God i had some cash. This was some of the worst food I've had. Fries were cold. Tasted like they were hours old. Burger was not fresh at all, bun was... flat as a pancake. Only thing edible was the ice cream. Read more
This is the worst sonic location I have ever seen. Half of the screens were broken, rude person taking our order, it took over... 25 mins for two meals, we tried to call back into to cancel and refund the person said be right out and disconnected, when theyfinally did come out we took the food just to be done with it. All orders were wrong we got double cheeseburgers with nothing onthem instead of singles with what we ordered. Horrible go somewhere else. Read more

This establishment is absolutely ridiculous. I really thought when they did the update to the outside they would potentially get... better workers on the inside but that is not the case at all. Anytime you go there you spend over 30 minutes waiting for food...let alone a slushie. Today I placed an order for a single slushie sat there over 20 minutes watch three vehicles pull up placean order and get served while I still sat there waiting for a single drink. Then when I push the button to ask them what theholdup was they didn't know what the hell was going on and what I even ordered. I do not recommend going to this establishmentunless you have plenty time to waste because I assure you you will wait 30 minutes before you get anything.
