I have ordered from Red Robin with grub hub 3 or 4 times. Once, the order was canceled at the last moment so I was expecting... dinner that I didn't get. Tonight, I only received half of the food I ordered and was refunded for the cheaper burgers that Idid get, and was charged for the grilled chicken and sweet potato fries which cost more but I didn't get. I ordered 6 sandwicheswith fries because I was feeding 6 people, but only received 3. I called the driver to let him know that he needed to go backand get the other half of my order that Red Robin called to let me know was not picked up. The driver was willing to do that,but was told by Red Robin that they did not have an order for me and that he should stop calling them. After expecting dinner on2 different occasions and being left empty handed, I will not be ordering food from Red Robin again. I have had no problems withother restaurants I grub hub. Read more

Fantastic waitress in the bar area! Hats off to her for always providing great service. Food was okay, boneless wings only half... tossed w sauce so somewhat dry. Large quantity of mozzarella sticks, barely warm and barely any flavor. Wouldn't order eitheragain. Read more

Typical restaurant experience. I appreciate the efficient service. They refilled my drink before it got empty without even... having to ask. I liked being able to pay and go on the table kiosk without having to ask and wait on a check. We both enjoyedour burgers. Bottomless fries available but not needed due to a good portion to begin with. Read more

Me and my Family went here for dinner the other night, it was very good to say the least. There was a wait time of 20 or 15... minutes which is to be expected in these times of employment. Our servers were really good, and everything went well. The onlycomplaint is the wait time, I love red robin. I have gone here ever since I was a kid, I am glad to have experienced it again. Awesome experience. Drove over an hour away to come to this location for my husband's birthday, and not only did they allow us... to make a reservation on a Friday night (a huge convenience!), our waitress was also very sweet and attentive to us once we gotthere. She was understanding when my husband didn't want all the attention from singing happy birthday to him and made sureeverything was perfect for us. Not one issue with our orders and was clean with a fun atmosphere. We will most definitely becoming back!!! Read more
