I came in and waited a couple of minutes at the front. No one greeted me or asked to take my order. I reluctantly ordered at the... kiosk up front. They were out of what I wanted and came for. When I picked up my food the staff did not smile or speak back whenI said hello. Food was mediocre at best. I had zero interaction apart from a ?yes?? when I came back to the counter to ask thestaff member (who was walking away) for more dressing. For the third time in a row they were out of chocolate cookies. I ordered broccoli cheddar soup. When I got home and opened the... container it was macaroni and cheese with broccoli in it. This is the second time the food has not been correct on my order.Very expensive to not get the right food. Doubt I will return. Read more

I come to this location for my coffee every morning on my way to work. The sip club is a great deal for someone like me that... gets a cup every morning. The kiosk is great, I can place my order grab my cup and go, the staff at this location is veryfriendly and helpful, the hardest part about going in there is keeping myself from buying some type of pastry, cookie orcinnamon roll when I see them all laid out so nicely every morning when I come in. Well, the computer to order is very confusing and I didn?t know I needed to manually enter a number for the buzzer. Then, when... we get the food, every single thing we ordered, inc the special drinks, was awful in taste. Some Turkey blt and another chickensandwich, had spongy bread and tasted really bad. The chicken looked raw and I was honestly kind of scared to eat it. We onlytook two bites each and laid them down. Even the bagged chips were gray and had a bad taste, my toddler would t touch them. Was there to pick up mac and cheese a tea and some bread. They completely ignored all the delivery orders that were on the... screen and just made in store or drive-thru orders. New policy slows delivery process. Due to thieves, we now have to ask fordelivery at counter. No surprise, I stood in front for 7 to 8 minutes after being noticed by four different employees. Two thatsaid excuse me, so that they could get by yet no one decided to help. You rarely have anybody behind the counter to hand you theorder, which is why it's ridiculous that they would put the orders behind the counter and then not even have anyone behind thecounter. Standing up front three people see me refuse to help me I had to ask one to help me because she decided that shewasn't going to help me either. Should already be on my way 10 minutes ago. The service here has been incredibly poor. My last three orders have had items missing or were flat out wrong. The employees do... their best to correct it, but clearly something is going on at this location. I have to unwrap everything and inspect it beforeI leave the restaurant just to make sure it's right.
