On our way to the hospital a couple mornings ago, we stopped through to grab some breakfast. Unfortunately, the order was wrong... and we were pretty disappointed. We didn't have time to go back; so I called and the person on the phone apologized and saidthey would take my name down and I could come back another day. We returned a couple days later, and they did not have my namedown. However, they still honored our request to make it right. Then, they got part of the order wrong again. Despite thecomplications, despite how busy they were, and despite the clear irritation on my face and voice, the team there maintainedexcellent customer service, kindness, and friendliness. This McDonald's location is my favorite. The young lady who served me was SO nice. I was describing how I wanted my coffee and... she suggested fixing it the way she makes hers and it was DELICIOUS. It was exactly the flavors I wanted. She took the time tolisten to me not just rush me out of her way. Everything in our order was correct, fresh and good. The bathrooms there arealways clean as well as the drink stations and dining area. It's a convenient location AND the drive thru parking lot flow iseasy. Hardly any wait time. For having worked in Fast Food for quite a few years, I understand that your sandwiches aren't always going to be perfect, the... fries aren't going to always be nice and golden and you may be slow at times due to lack of staff, rush hour, etc. But if I'mplacing my order at 9:35 at night and you have no customers at all besides me, I'd expect my sandwich to be somewhat perfect andfries nice and crispy, even if I need to wait for a minute or two which I'm fine with. This store needs a new night shift crewand manager because apparently, they don't care about their customers and the service they should give. I asked for a CrispyChicken Sandwich with Mayo and Pickles. Something my toddler could have easily made without making much of a mess... Most ofthe mayo was on one side of the bun, the chicken was hanging halfway off the buns as well. There was mayo on top of the bunwhich baffles me. Nope, not the employees at this facility. If you hate your job so much, which from what I can tell by yourservice, move on and find another job. Read more
The customer service was awful. The worker asked why I was still waiting in the drive-thru.. because she never gave me my food.... The sprit tasted like pure carbonation, the fries were freezer burnt, and the burgers were cold. Avoid this place at all costs. Read more
