This MDs was on US221 going East out of Roanoke on the North side of the highway. We ordered 2 of the new fried chicken... sandwiches. Instead....we were given (2) chicken on a biscuit. People can make mistakes but the electronic menu on the drivethru correctly had the order. So the person filling the order must be cognitively challenged. If my wife didn't have stage 4cancer, I would have gone back. But this also means not one checked the order. The dude at the pickup window said "have a niceday". My advice?...check your order before you leave MDs at this location. Read more
Wow was amazed at horrible smell when I walked in . They were not slammed but floors were horrible, self serve screens filthy. ... The hand sanitizer machines were empty and signs after your ordered were filthy and tables. I could go further but my hands aretired ?cmon people you serve the public . Read more
The drive thru is really bad. The only orders they have ever gotten right of mine are one item orders. Any orders with 3 or more... items is always wrong. Either it is not put in the bag or it is made wrong. When brought to their attention there is no apologyand they act as if you are inconveniencing them. Read more

This is the 3rd time in the last week this building has screwed up my order. First time was forgetting the nuggets in the order.... Second time was giving the wrong sandwich in the box (quarter pounder when I ordered a bacon double). Today, they somehowmanaged to forget the hamburger in the hamburger kids meal. The whole point of the meal was MIA. Tried calling to remedy thesituation, to no avail (no answer after 10 minutes of phone ringing).
