This place is a sad excuse for fine dining and one of the worst Italian restaurants in Roanoke. I got the seafood scampi and... everything was sloppy and overcooked besides the clams which were literally raw. The sauce was completely spilled in the bag andthe whole meal was just 4 shrimp, 3-4 clams and an extremely unevenly cooked lobster tail. Staff had a ?couldn?t be bothered?attitude, and everything was just half effort, lazy, and disgusting. Read more

Luigi's was Absolutely Delicious! We had dinner there on 9/3/22 after taking a rode trip from Franklinton, NC we love going to... the Blue Ridge Parkway. The Hostess was the sweetest lady and we were treated like old friends. We sat on the enclosed patio andlistened to real Italian songs. I had Lasagna and he had Rigatoni - best Lasagna I have had!!! Our lovely new waitress wasquick, caring and our drinks, salads and entrees came on time. Had a wonderful evening dinner, short wait time, excellent food, and stellar service. The only knock was a slice of cheesecake... for dessert that was a little frozen.
