My best friend & I met for a mini-vacation in Roanoke and I needed a place to go daily for my coffee and the coffee... was amazing, the customer service delightful (personable without fake or overstepping). They amended a menu item for me becauseI don't do carbs and it was absolutely FANTASTIC If anyone is looking for a Horocrux I think its hanging by their menu. They do not respect the Americans with Disabilities act. I had been in there for 35 min, with my service dog, who is so well... behaved that they didn?t even notice him until I was about to leave. Love the lattes here. Best in town. But the managers verymuch need to re-educate their staff about the ADA. I?ve been here multiple times with my service dog, so I was very surprised toask to leave multiple times, I told her yes a service dog is allowed anywhere,, but she told us to leave again! Cozy spot in a kind of food hall in downtown. I really enjoyed the coffee and pastry I had. Liked that they had some nice comfy... furniture instead of the normal hard chairs you often find. No WIFI to speak of here, and for some reason the bathrooms arelocked? There ought to be a law against serving coffee and not having a restroom. Especially since I got older, I need to hitthat bathroom about 10 minutes after I finish that cup of Joe. On the plus side the ladies working here were really friendly andthey seemed to treat everyone that came in with the same positive attitude. Read more

It?s good, consistent w quality and prices of the other locations. Should be noted if you?re a dingbat like me that this coffee... shop is located INSIDE the marketplace thing. I didn?t know that and kept looking for it. This is def a place for coffee andnot so much food. The bagel had microwaved eggs and cheese. Which is understandable considering they?re busy but should benoted update: the skinny dirty-blonde hair girl is VERY rude! Sorry but her customer service skills are a -100/10. I saw theway she treated another customer who was asking a simple question. She was acting like her job is the most painstaking thing onearth. Cool little spot for a coffee, small bite, smoothie, juice, pastry, there?s lots of options! Everything on the menu looks... delicious.
