They do not respect the Americans with Disabilities act. I had been in there for 35 min, with my service dog, who is so well... behaved that they didn?t even notice him until I was about to leave. Love the lattes here. Best in town. But the managers verymuch need to re-educate their staff about the ADA. I?ve been here multiple times with my service dog, so I was very surprised toask to leave multiple times, I told her yes a service dog is allowed anywhere,, but she told us to leave again! Cozy spot in a kind of food hall in downtown. I really enjoyed the coffee and pastry I had. Liked that they had some nice comfy... furniture instead of the normal hard chairs you often find. No WIFI to speak of here, and for some reason the bathrooms arelocked? There ought to be a law against serving coffee and not having a restroom. Especially since I got older, I need to hitthat bathroom about 10 minutes after I finish that cup of Joe. On the plus side the ladies working here were really friendly andthey seemed to treat everyone that came in with the same positive attitude. Read more
