These tacos have ruined me from enjoying them at any other place in town. And these pictured below are their $1.00 each tacos... from this past Taco Tuesday. Even if its not Tuesday you can still score a tacos combo with a drink for under $10.00!!!! Thesteak they use is actual steak which they season on site - not some spongey steak-like filler you see in the "chains" aroundtown. Corn or flour tortillas - you pick. Both are fresh and delicious. I recently cheated on their tacos with their Quezabirraand that was a magnificent experience of shredded beef, cheese and sauce. Did it fill me up? Yes. I tried Las Tapatias for the first time tonight. When you go through the doors, it opens into a large business with what appears... to be a dance floor. The counter to order food is all the way in the back. I tried the authentic street style tacos (one pollo,one carnitas, and one asada). The tacos were delicious! I placed my order to go and the gentleman employee was nice and patientwith me while I made my decisions about what to order. The food was made fast and fresh and they had a decent salsa bar. I willdefinitely be back and hopefully I can eat there next time. They also appeared to have a pretty full bar, but not sure if thatis only open later in the evenings. Read more
