I want to update my review. Lagos owner contacted me and told me to call slice, who is actually who delivered the pizza. I did... and Slice at first offered me 25% refund and I told them that was unacceptable. They then came back with 50% refund. It wastheirs drivers fault and I felt I should have gotten a full refund. I called Lagos and they apologized and will replace myentire order, even tho it wasn?t their fault. This people is customer service and I totally appreciate them!! We order fromLagos for delivery fairly frequently and have never had an issue, it?s been my favorite place to order from. Today I placed theorder and the picture below is what it looked like when we opened the box. Apparently it had been dropped. I called and they didoffer to refund my money, but we wanted a replacement pizza. The manager said he couldn?t send his driver back out. So much fora nice hot dinner. So I ordered delivery from here tonight. Overall the food was good BUT I didn't receive my marinara with the garlic knots and I... ordered a diet coke but it expired on June 20th so it's flat. Could have gotten 5 stars if that wouldn't have happened. Read more
Work at a nearby business so I pick up food myself from them to make sure we get it hot. Great New York style pizza, you can... tell it's all freshly made and not sitting around. Generous amounts of cheese and the Supreme has a unique combination ofingredients. Good pasta too, sauce tasted homemade and was not watery as I have read in other reviews. Very friendly staff. Not much chicken on this sandwich, but the bread was really good. Wife ordered mayo on her cheese steak sandwich and they... charged $.52 which seems kind of greedy. Plus a faint sewer smell inside. Won't visit again. Read more
