Drive thru person cut me off while i was ordering, got order wrong, mashed potato container lid bigger than thigh and leg... together! Then my biscuit looked like bug baked in it. Is this a joke? The lid on the mashed potatoes(I did not want but drive thru girl cut me off before I could speak) bigger than... the leg and thigh together in meal not to mention wasn't hot and tasted like cooked in old grease was rubbery! Never again willI come here! Read more
Went into the drive thru they said it would be 10 minutes for chicken And they were out of sweet tea for the night and this was... at 6:30 pm... I'm not sure why these people have not opened their lobbies covid is over and we need to move on... Not even worth 1 star! Worst customer service ever! Got the 8 piece meal, and potatoes were gritty, green beans were nasty,... biscuits were tiny and hard, and chicken was definitely not what KTC used to be. No wonder they are never busy with employees sorude and hateful. Won't be back. Read more
Staff was friendly, drive thru was quick. The problem was the chicken. Ordered 4 drumsticks, they looked great. Started to eat,... realized that the oil used had to be rancid. The chicken coating was so bitter and oily. It was obvious it was old oil used.Since I had already left, couldnt go back. $11 down the drain, only mashed potatoes and green beans for dinner. Wanted to grab a quick to go meal this evening... this was by far the worst option we could've chosen. The chicken was inedible,... tasted like burnt plastic. Picking off the breading didn't help, the meat was too dry. The biscuits were hard, the soda wasshort on syrup.... and we had ordered lemonade. Read more

I live about 30 mins from this location, and I drove there today to get some food for my family for dinner tonight. Once I got... home half my order was missing and the food was a bit cold. My daughter went ahead and grabbed a plate of the food of what wedid get, and once I called to ask for a replacement of what I had missing, I was given a go around and was told to bring mymerchandise back completely even after my child already eat some of it.
