Drive thru person cut me off while i was ordering, got order wrong, mashed potato container lid bigger than thigh and leg... together! Then my biscuit looked like bug baked in it. Went into the drive thru they said it would be 10 minutes for chicken And they were out of sweet tea for the night and this was... at 6:30 pm... I'm not sure why these people have not opened their lobbies covid is over and we need to move on... Not even worth 1 star! Worst customer service ever! Got the 8 piece meal, and potatoes were gritty, green beans were nasty,... biscuits were tiny and hard, and chicken was definitely not what KTC used to be. No wonder they are never busy with employees sorude and hateful. Won't be back. Read more
