Don?t order through doordash. Have taken my money twice and marked the delivery as complete after an hour and never delivered... anything. So my wife sells pottery around the corner on Tuesdays and Fridays at the Roanoke City Farmers Market and we got two sandwiches... to go. Tuna salad and a Roast Beef for me. It's our first time and it was great !!! As advertised FAST service !!! Read more
We came in today (May 20th) for lunch and was greeted by a nice lady at the register. She appeared to be fairly new and taking... extra precaution to make sure our order was correct. However, she was continuously talked down to and honestly belittled byanother lady who I assume was the manager on duty. Ironically, she was so focused on the girl at the register messing up ourorder that she herself messed up our subs even though she was literally right beside her. If she is indeed the manager, then Iwould be surprised if the girl working the register stays around much longer. You could tell she felt discouraged by the managerbut remained professional and very pleasant to us. Management like that is toxic to a workplace and we felt compelled to speakup. Read more
It's a Jimmy John's, so they don't really stand out in any way as far as the food. They do keep to the "freaky fast" standard... that Jimmy John's employs though, they're usually done making my sub before I've finished paying. Very nice, friendly peoplebehind the counter as well. Friendly, clean, and fast. What more would you want from a place that serves fast delicious sandwiches? Calorie counted and made... to order fresh everyday, all day. Delivery or pick up orders make it that much more convenient. I'm happy with my local JJ's.Thank you! Read more
I needed a quick lunch before a meeting so I called Jimmy John's because they're always quick in every other town I've ever been... to. After 30 minutes I called and asked where my delivery was, the lady told me that the driver had three deliveries and thereis "only so much that they can do". Five minutes later I called back and cancelled the delivery and felt that the girl on thephone was fairly rude. Never again. Read more
Nothing worse than cold bacon on a sandwich. Nothing special here but the high prices with low quality. You order from them menu... that says what on it but they ask what you want on it. Not enough contents to last the sandwich. Read more
