Reviews for Hibachi Guys Restaurant in Roanoke, VA
I ordered a giant hibachi and paid about $30. While the food has good flavor and decent quality I was expecting the 3 tiny... containers to at least be fully filled with said dish but instead its about 1/3 rice with the dish on top along with a HUGEcontainer of rice on the side but I'm not sure who would eat that much rice when there is more than enough used as filler in themain containers already. Also my general chicken's breading was really mushy and off-putting, but again the flavor was there. Inconclusion it's decent but not worth the price by a long shot. Also whoever is responding to the reviews here comes across verychildish, unprofessional and lacking ownership. Nice food. Was however taken by surprise by a heavily tattoed asian guy asking what uber order i had come to pick. If you are in... service get used to asking people " How can/ may I help you". Dont go rubbing ur racial prejudice on others. Had a similarexperience at a different restrarant in Minot, ND where a white waiter asked me if i was there for a job!!! Read more
flavors are amazing and a lot different from other hibachi places in Roanoke. The quality is always there. They bread and make... everything fresh. Sauces are like no other in Roanoke. If you think all these other places in Roanoke are good I woulddefinitely try hibachi guys. Also prices are of right price for the quality and customer service you receive. Read more
I was not satisfied. I got the hibachi roll which was chopped cabbage in an egg roll, I got the yum yum slaw, Philly rolls and... crab Rangoon. Everything was so greasy... and the only thing I did enjoy was the crab Rangoon. Read more
I just found this place while walking downtown. I had great service, and the food was out of this world! It was soooo good! I... had the best coconut shrimp ever..... They had the best yum yum sauce too. They even sell it by the bottle. I will definitely beback. Thank you! Read more

Omg! What a great "hidden" gem! I didn't know that this restaurant existed downtown.. but I'm glad I do.. now. The food is... phenomenal. My daughter and I shared the big plate, which is definitely enough to split. We also had the dumplings, which are todie for! The food has great flavor and you can tell it is fresh. The owner is wonderful and made sure we enjoyed ourselves, eventhough we were the only ones dining in. Even though they were closed by the time we were finished, she still allowed us to makean order to go.. and with a smile on her face! She said the restaurant doesn't start putting things away until they know thecustomers are 100% happy! If only other restaurants were like that!!! I'm from NYC Wow I mean I've had beef and white rice which is my favorite dish all over NYC, now I've been in Roanoke, VA for a... little over a year this restaurant hibachi guy's they definitely have the best beef and white rice I've ever had great food fastservice and excellent people.
