Original post 5/8/2022.The morning crew here hardly says a word to you when you're picking up your food. I get it... I really... do. But how about a thank you at least? At least the food here is usually pretty good. Update 10/20/2022.The new team isoutstanding. The customer service is top notch and drive thru times are amazingly faster. The food has gotten better and you cantell they care. Good job to whoever hired the new crew. Read more
I was the 5th car in line and had to wait 20 minutes! Not a good choice in the morning before work. Once I did get the sandwich... I ordered, the wrapping and bottom of the sandwich was wet and soggy! I attempted the morning before also but ended up pullingout of line due to the wait. Something needs to be done to address efficiency. This is called Fast Food for a reason and thislocation isn't doing too well with that concept. Hardee's is usually pretty good but this location has been extremelydisappointing. Read more
Was made fresh to order , very nicely done. Polite and prompt.
I went through the drive thru twice in a about a week and a guy named Chris took my order. I honestly haver never had a nicer or... more efficient experience! This guy needs a raise for sure. The place was really busy but he went out of his way to be kind andconsiderate to me and every car that hadordered before me. Very rare these days. Thanks Chris Hall for being a kind, hardworker! Donnell LipfordThank was very helpful to us. We were new to the area and He was one of the few nice ppl we met.. We were treated... very respectfully. He made sure we had everything we needed. He came out in the dining to see if we needed anything and that weenjoyed our food. Definitely recommend this Hardee's to all who come through Roanoke area. Well they are pretty good burgers and tenders are good as well. So I like Raising Canes so compared to that?. Nope! But overall... it?s good. The shakes are pretty good also. I ordered chocolate shake. Read more
This location is always running on very limited staff. Today there was only the young lady at the DI helping...she still was... pleasant and had a smile for me. Kudos to her but management needs to step up to help their clients by assuring there issufficient staffing. Read more
