Ordered pizza and a sub online went in got my food. Got home and the pizza box was empty. The sub was on top in a brown bag. I... called and they said i had to come back out. I originally ordered through door dash & this was my first time ever using an app like that. The dasher didn't pick up my... complete order & knew it & refused to go back & get it. So another dasher went & got it. The order gets to me & was wrong. Icouldn't figure out which store my order came from. I called this store on Williamson rd and explained what had happened & thatI am currently in a long-term facility because I am on hospice & terminally ill. And just how upsetting this was. The nice ladythat I spoke with informed me it wasn't this store but she went ahead & fixed my order & a super nice lady named Brittanydelivered it. This truly made my day because I was told today by hospice my illness is progressing fast. This store fixing myorder and delivering made a huge impact on me & gave me a reason to smile. I wish I had read reviews before trying this place. Staff friendly enough and attentive but lunch buffet was as plain as school... cafeteria. I asked for marinara sauce to dip pizza to give it some flavor. When asked for bill wattress said just go to counterand she would ring it up. I noticed that nobody got check at their table. She punched in numbers on handheld and printed aso-called receipt with just total...no prices for buffet or drink or tax!!! $14 !!!!!! Had the lasagna. It was really good. Wished it had ricotta in it, but the sauce was good and the noodles were good. Nice dinner!

Stopped in to get pizza's and salad on the way home from Dr's office. I had 3 boxes and a salad and couldn't carry them to the... car bc I walk with a cane so the girl at checkout carried them out to my car for me. Thank you so much for helping me!!! Pizzawas so good!!
