I ordered a large coffee which was watered down and a sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich, and an order of hash browns.... I usually look at my food but I was on the phone with my daughter and just got my food and left. I got home and opened mybreakfast sandwich to find my croissant was burned heavily on one side. Ok I was upset but I wasn?t about to go back acrosstown, it wasn?t worth it. To know that you?re serving subpar food is one thing but just not caring that you?re serving subparfood is another. I know you won?t feel the loss of my business but if you keep up the horrible service you will feel the loss ofa lot of business. Absolutely disgusting customer service!!! Read more
The staff is awesome, the ability to get what you want is the challenge. When I went in, there were no donuts at all. No... munchkins and only 2 muffins. I bought the last 2 muffins, but was disappointed there was nothing else available. I understandthey are supposed to only prepare what they believe they'll sell that day, but apparently this is an ongoing issue across moststores. Read more

VERY clean store. Fast & friendly service! The doughnuts and coffee were sooo fresh and YUM as always. It was my first... experience at this particular location. I was not disappointed. Also, a couple came to dine in with a service dog and the staffwas professional and had no problem with the dog in the dining area. Read more
They really need to not just throw the iced donuts into the bags...at least leave the paper they used to grab the donuts with... each donut so this doesnt happen. Instead of having boston cream donuts im having a plain cream filled donut. At least my icedmocha latte was correct this time. Read more
I waited 24 minutes, behind 6 vehicles...then when I got my order, it was burnt! The wait is like this in the 7am hour other... times that I have been here and was able to drive away before ordering a couple times. Later in the morning it's less busy andmy order was good. Read more
Just went through the drive-thru on my way to work. Waited for 10 minutes when 4 cars were in line. I got two breakfast... sandwiches a sweet bacon and a sausage and egg. Both were freezing cold. The sweet bacon and 1 slice of bacon and neithersandwich had cheese. Called the phone number listed for the store and it's not in service. Read more
Food was burnt. I had it delivered. I guess they didn't care that the whole sandwich was black. It had the worst burnt smell... coming from the bag. As much as you have to pay you would think that they would do better. If you really want Dunkin go to theone on 460 Orange Ave. The staff there actually care. Read more
