Food was cold they did not have enough employees and took a very long time Employees attitude was good though

This Burger King normally does well and the staff never give me any issues, but I?d suggest hiring more staff because it?s sad... to see only 3 people working at most, If they can?t more people they might as well close it down, because the restaurant isdeteriorating fast with the amount of staff they have which is close to none and workers don?t deserve that stress. What part of "PLAIN, NOTHING ON IT" was confusing to you?? There was so much maynaise on it, it was like unwrapping soup. It... also had everything else on it as well..soggy lettuce, old onions, and watery tomatoes. I threw the entire thing in the garbage.Next time, ill just roll down my window and throw my money out as I drive by. Read more

My bf & i ordered through the drive thru & had a coupon we used, & when we got to the window to pay- they had taken the coupon... off, so of course we were confused. the manager was called & he fixed it & everything seemed good to go. so we drove all the wayhome only to realize they had forgotten parts of our order, gotten things wrong, etc. (our fault for not checking the bag beforeleaving, but still. it was dead, & i?ve worked in the food industry before so it?s not that hard to put the order together-unless of course you?re extremely busy/short handed/etc.- then i understand, but that wasn?t the case here.) We try calling therestaurant & of course, it went straight to voicemail. So, we drove back to get my food & this time walked into the buildingrather than go through the drive thru. The manager, Jonathan, immediately recognized us, & was beyond kind & helpful. Weexplained what was missing, what was wrong, & he fixed it all perfectly. He mentioned that he was the manager for the timebeing, hinting that he was like a temporary manager. He was really kind & very hardworking & you could tell that he wanted tomake everything right. He even gave us a complimentary dessert. However long he stays at this location- they should know howlucky they are to have a manager that actually helps the employees as well as the customers as best as possible. He?s anincredible asset to the company & deserves way more recognition, respect, pay, & kindness than he probably receives. Thank you,Jonathan! You?re a completely awesome human being & manager! Food is always so good. Service is pretty bad. Every single time (pick up or delivery) they miss something from my order. First... time it was 2 side of fries, today was iced coffee. Unfortunately I can't do anything when they deliver, just write a message tocustomer service so they will give you a $10 credit but that doesn't help the fact that I ended up not having what I order. Iwish they could have better management or someone that it's actually checking the orders. Read more

They were mobbed, working their tails off. I had to wait a few minutes, but my Whopper was worth waiting for. Made the way I... wanted: crispy lettuce, condiments just right. I really enjoyed it and I'll be back. Read more

don't vary much in my choices at Burger King - usually just a whopper, fries and a coke, but IF I feel like having something... different, I have never been displeased with any other choice on its menu. I am more than happy with anything that I have everordered at Burger King. Yummy place to eat. Read more
