Group of myself and friends come here every Wednesday. Probably drop between the 4 of us $100+ a week. Recently the wings have... been awful boned in or out. Overcooked, not sauced well, they fill the blue cheese up halfway etc. We decided to order thetenders and have noticed they are usually cooked perfectly. We always get them tossed in sauce. No problems. Every week forweeks now. We came in yesterday for our weekly thing and all of a sudden we weren't allowed to have our tenders tossed. I askedthe waiter (who was a good dude and super nice) to ask the manager about it. The manager said no they can't do that anymore forus. We order our food without it tossed even though we deemed it to be ridiculous. The tenders came out so hard and overcooked.I went to put the plastic fork into the tender to cut it and the fork bent it was so overcooked. My friend literally picked uphis tender and dropped it on the plate and it ricochet dribbled it was so hard. I appreciated the 25% off given by the waiterand he again was a nice guy and gave us great service. But the tenders being as bad as they are and the fact that the managerhad a power trip over tossing chicken in sauce which is what the place is known for after we spend $400 a month here isabsolutely absurd. A Sheetz gas station will toss your tenders in sauce but a multimillion dollar chain chicken place known fortossed chicken won't? Also the managers unwillingness to come to the table to solve the problems tells me all I really need toknow about their management style and handling problems, really unprofessional by her. The waiter was very friendly, only good thing to say. The hosts were rude and the dining room was filthy. We didn't get our... appetizer and our drinks were watered down by the time they arrived. Poor management! Went today for dinner and ordered the sampler only to be informed they were out of onion rings. No big deal, I... asked to substitute tots to which the waiter replied we can?t substitute! What- really! He even said ?they?, won?t even let usring in the sampler! Place was basically empty to begin with! Wont be back! Read more

I know it isn't ideal when a family comes in 45 minutes before closing, but you're open and should deliver the same... service. Our server was too busy vacuuming to check on us or refill our drinks even once. Two of the four meals came withlukewarm wings. Not a good experience at all. Read more
