I ordered a super from the drive thru...they forgot the arbys sauce or red ranch or whatever it's called, and the sandwich was... ice cold. Not sure who's idea it was to change out the deliciously, warm salted caramel cookie for the prepackaged awful, nastycooked...but Huge Mistake. The cookies and the "warm" food were why we go to Arbys. Terrible today. We're done. Read more

I went to Arby?s close toVinton I always stop there to get me and my dad a couple of sandwiches apiece he loves Arby?s. The... staff was very nice courteous and friendly but to me the Arby sauce and horse radish is what makes Arby beef good they waiteduntil I had paid for my food and then told me they didn?t have any Arby sauce or horseradish none what so ever. We went through the drive thru, and the employee that took our order was SO GRUMPY, it was actually funny. When I asked... questions, she barked out responses. We pulled around to get our food and we saw her texting on her phone. She got mixed upwhen handing out our soft drinks, which actually got a glimmer of a smile from her. Usually have a good experience here with a consistent quality of the food served, but this time got a rock hard cookie. I know... this was an oopsy, so I'm not too upset and will eat from there again. They're short staffed right now and that day they wereshort enough that the dining room wasn't even open. I'll give them a free pass for that reason alone. Normally the food isexactly what you'd expect and they do a good job. Staff is always polite and helpful. Read more

I've worked within walking distance of this Arby's for over two years but had never been inside until yesterday. Staff,... particularly the manager, was friendly and helpful. The interior and exterior has been remodeled fairly recently. I ordered thehalf pound roast beef sandwich with onion rings. Arby's usually makes the rings fresh to order and they're fantastic, thick cutand breaded with what I believe is panko bread crumbs. Read more
Less than 1 star they don?t even deserve a star ! Me and my fiancé went to this location through drive through cashier spilt... drink all down my arm didn?t apologize!
