In the historic city market area of Roanoke, Alejandro?s is a quaint offering that does not disappoint! I enjoyed the Guajas... Burrito (chicken) which was served hot from the kitchen and was extremely flavorful and filling. Be sure to take advantage ofthe salsa bar that has a plethora of options, but beware?when they say hot, you should be prepared for hot. Not a complaint byany means. Great little place to eat in a really cool area to visit. Would definitely recommend to locals and visitors alike. Read more

First time visit on 10/2 for dinner. They do have outdoor seating, but it was a chilly, rainy day. We were seated immediately.... Cozy interior was perfect for quiet conversation. I had a small cheese burrito and lime margarita. Service was good andfriendly. Food was delicious as was the margarita. Will definitely be returning and often. Outstanding service, yummy salsa bar, and great vegetarian options. Been here a few times and love it. Sitting outside allows... for good people watching downtown and seeing the train pass by too. Read more

Always a great place for quality food. We love the salsa bar which gives you so many different flavors to dip a chip. Their menu... has so much more to offer than other places. The food here is prepared with care and we will always be back. Read more

I love Alejandro?s and believe they are the best Mexican restaurant in town. The staff are friendly, the food is tasty (and... portions are huge!), and of course they have their chips and salsa bar. Unfortunately due to the pandemic and the currenteconomic situation, menu prices have gone up, and the salsa bar is limited to just six different salsas (I think in the pastthey had around 10 or so?). Just something for customers to keep in mind if they have different expectations. I hope they gettheir full salsa bar back and that prices can come down a bit. Read more

We went to this restaurant while traveling along the Blue ridge parkway scenic route. We went to the location in Roanoke VA. The... good was really tasty. I ordered the veggie fajitas which came with grilled onions bell peppers zucchini and an interestingaddition of pineapple. This was accompanied by Mexican red rice with fried beans, queso fresco, sour cream lettuce andguacamole. The seasoning and the sauce on the fajitas was really delicious. The restaurant served a plate of tortilla chipswhich was mediocre. But they had a variety of selection of dips, from which I tried the mild salsa roja, spicy salsa roja, spicyjalapeño and the spicy Mexican green salsa. These salsa were really delicious and almost made up for the mediocre chips. Thesalsa also went very well with the fajitas as well. Read more
