Jesus Christ! IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING I WOULD!!! My husband and I came here to have breakfast for... dinner? The food was cold, not cooked as ordered and our poor server had just recently started his job he had been working since7 am we arrived at 9 pm you could tell he was very tired night shift arrive late he had no idea who to call or what to do. Underthe circumstances he did an amazing job! My heart goes out to him the lack of management which no one knew who to contact?. Hugedisappointment? The management should be fired! My wife and I wanted to eat one late Friday evening after a football game and not much was open. We took a chance and stopped... here because IHOP wasn't open. This food at this Waffle House was really good, the service was good, and prices are reasonable. Might go again sometime. Read more
Worked for waffle house for 10 years. This is my first time here. Sat for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Server went to... call my order only after waiting for the cook to finish her conversation. As she's calling my order she asked the waiter if shetook the order for a gentleman that had just sat. This staff made me feel like I was in a sundown town. I've been at work since2 this morning and just wanted a hot meal. Thank you Shannon for making up the poor service from your other sales team. The food tasted great. The wait staff was not attentive. I had to ask for coffee refills two times before getting a refill. Our... waffles came to the table just before the rest of the meal was finished. We had to ask for butter for the waffles. I love thefood, and I hope the customer service improves. Read more

Friendly staff and pleasant to work with. Food was done right and came out fast. Took someone there who was afraid of the... place thinking the food was not good and was pleasantly surprised at how good and tasty the food was. The menu they show you isvery limited however you can still order a lot of things that aren't necessarily on the menu if you ask as an example they don'thave omelets on the menu but you can order them in any way that you want Read more
