It took almost 15 minutes to get our food. I could understand if they were busy however they weren't. The employees were rude... and argumentative because they gave me an incomplete order. After finishing eating went to the restroom. The attached pictureswill speak for themselves. Read more
This is one of the worst stores we have visited. We ordered our food and the order was wrong and the Spanish Lady in the gray... shirt just wanted to argue that it was what we ordered. We finally got what we ordered and then placed a to go order and againit was wrong. We had to go back to get a whole meal and she argued more about that and didn't want to give it to us. She said itwas eaten in the store. We don't know who ate it as we had to wait for it after we were dinished. Then a 3pc had only 2pcs andshe claimed we ate a piece as well. This woman needs to be fired. There were 3 other people behind us with the same issue andshe argued with them as well. She didn't think we spoke Spanish and when she realized we spoke Spanish and understood everythingshe said about us and the others in line she would have been fired on the spot. Cashier was inexperienced and unknowledgeable. Literally spent 34 minutes waiting for a blackened chicken. Watched employee... scrape the last frys out of the basket only to not quite make them into the fry bag. Tried to speak with manager on duty whotried very hard to not talk to us. Read more
This place is racist towards white people. On multiple occasions my family and I have tried going through the drive through... during the evening and have waited for over 15 mins, honked pulled around multiple times... clearly seen people inside throughthe window and refused to get served. Yet in the middle of this a Latino man pull up and get service immediately, we pullaround again and nothing. Drive up to the window and see someone inside again and when they see us they step out of sight. It'scompletely ridiculous, I'd give less than a one start review if I could. Read more
Has to be The WORST experience ever. Would give less than one star. Wasn?t an option. Where do I start. The lobby was closed at... 8pm?.WHY? The explanation was the card Machine for lobby was broken. Yet it?s working just fine for the drive through?. Guessthat 2 yards from the drive through window to front counter is too hard to make when paying inside. I think the staff is justtoo lazy to have the lobby open. And when I asked at drive through why the inside was closed. The lady barely spoke English. Soshe stopped and got someone else to explain it. Wait for it?. This person spoke even worse English. You have to be kidding me.What a joke. Get better employees. Or close your doors. I will never. And I mean never stop at this Popeyes again. They're five piece chicken tender is not worth it anymore.$10.58 they're not even full chicken tenders are like half inch thick... pieces of chicken and little scraps. Macaroni and cheese taste like powder. The mashed potatoes and cajun gravy taste likeelementary School food the gravy tastes like pepper and that was it. I don't recommend it. Read more
