I placed my order online. The app showed the order was ready. I get to the restaurant and they tell me it's not quite ready. I... canceled anything that wasn't ready. I checked my food before pulling off. One of the 4 pizzas I ordered had a large chunkmissing out the center. I asked for a refund or credit for the pizza that wasn't correct. They stated that they couldn't doeither because I had already paid for it. They have very bad attitudes there and need them to be corrected. People pay for foodand it needs to be correct. If they aren't able to make the food correctly in a timely manner, they need to be shutdown. I havegotten calls before asking or notifying me about an order. If my order wasn't ready someone could have called before I drove mygas out and had to sit and wait while the rest of my food gets cold. If something wasn't ready it shouldn't have been put in asready. I buy pizza almost every week from here. I will no long spend my money at this store. Someone over this establishmentneeds to come and retrain the staff plus implement new protocols of handling there mistakes. This is ridiculous. Read more
This place is absolutely horrible I went once, bad experience the pizza was not good tried to go back again and give the buffet... a shot. The doors were locked employees inside not doing anything restaurant was supposed to be open, by the time I went to thedoor and back to my car three work trucks pulled up and left because of the fact that they were closed. I don't know whathappened to this place it used to be good but now to be honest it just needs to be shut down. Read more
