Went on a Friday night and it was busy, but we sat right down. Took 10 minutes to get waited on and probably another 10 to get... our first round of drinks. It is not a huge place either. We ordered an appetizer, which was good, but it took over an hour toget to us. Our meal was probably another 20 minutes after that. I ordered the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes andcorn. The chicken was very over cooked and tasted like rubber. The mashed potatoes and corn were adequate. I should?ve ordered aburger and not tried a homestyle meal at a hole in the wall so I will take part of the blame. Read more

Walked in was ok, sat down ordered our food and drinks. Ok then it took 30 minutes to get our appetizer.. no good. Then we took... a drink of our tea it tasted old and rotten. Ok got something else to drink. Then and hour and 20 mins we sat there before wegot our food. Then it was cold. Then the lady wanted to aurge with us. And make excuses after excuses. So we walked out. I donot recommend this place to go eat at. Never again. Shame on them. Read more
Staff was very friendly..however we get it that would be a wait for the food that was not the issue.. We were a party of 3 and... we ordered drinks and was enjoying the view and our drinks when the waitress delivered one meal and said the rest were comingup...the one meal was finished eating and we waited anouther 15 minutes and still had no food.. when we brought it to thewaitress attention she was to focus on being short staffed so I explained to her that it wasnt the wait that was the issue itwas the fact that all the meals did not come out together.. I asked for a manager and she also wanted to focus on being shortstaffed so I explained again the wait for the food was not the issue... all of the meals should have been delividered togethernot to just one guest that was able to eat and finish their meal before we received anything! When cashing out I explained tothe manager that she could at least pick up the cost of our drinks .. which was one a piece she said she was unable to do so butcould give us a discount..the discount was a whopping $1.86 .. will not be back.. A great place for drinks and dinner. Service is always really good and consistent which is rare at the lake. Food is always good... as well. They have some good craft beer options on tap usually and we enjoy the karaoke and live music they sometimes have. Wifeloves their Gluten Free pizza. Read more
