Awful. They make you use this Terrible ?express? kiosk. It is slow and doesn?t include all of their menu items. They don?t offer... water. When I asked how was I supposed to order their specialty advertised menus item. I was told to just order somethingsimilar and then tell them. Ummmmmmmmm??. Today was their first day with an automated system to order. System was very not user friendly, and to top it off they had NO... BURGERS, apparently their grill broke down. I guess they had no tomatoes either because the very salty chicken burger I ended upgetting had none on it. They only had large drinks too. I feel sorry for the employees. Read more

Not impressed. I was shorted a fry. The onion righ order was half fries and heavily salted. The lady with the blond hair &... ponytail was playing with her hair and had no hair net. All 3 women had no hairnet. One whopper had onions missing. They didnot ask for any body's vax passports. The burgers were not fresh off the broiler as I asked and was cold instead. My wife is amanager of a bk so I know what I should expect. Read more
