my friend asked for a napkin and the woman worker said ?it?s wrapped around your sub? which was only one napkin and we?re at the... beach so we needed a couple more and my friend asked for an extra napkin when the worker responded by rolling her eyes andthrowing the napkin on the counter, then when my friend walked away the worker continued to talk about her to me saying ?alwaysasking for extra stuff?. extremely inappropriate. Also i?m pretty sure the person who made my sub fell asleep in the middle ofit? really weird experience. also the person who made my sub dropped half of the toppings out of my sub when she picked it up ?never going back even if it was the last place on earth . The morning shift woman was very rude (Singer Island subway) and uncaring. I work in the area so I frequent there often, but... after today's experience I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I understand frustration and stress, but I've worked in the foodindustry for several years and customer service is #1. Simply asked if the guy Chris could change his gloves. First said no rudely. I said I have a lot of allergies could you please... change your gloves? I placed my order online... and showed up early when they were still making it. I was respectful, and asked for it to be made in... such and such a way. It was not to be. I walked out with half a sandwich. (Maybe made by the Rude old man made mention ofbelow. LOL.) I got home and had to add my own veggie and meat to my bread purchase. Really it makes no sense. Really it wasbeing ignored after asking that still has me put off.I contacted the owner... who gave me a kind apology. A word ofwarning. DON'T BUY ONLINE. I am telling you it is skimp city at this location depending upon who is making your sub. With somuch competition you have to deliver all day every day. Terrible location. Website claims it is a corporate store and accepts coupons but they refuse to take coupons. Also when they... made my sub. They made it generic meaning they didn't ask my toppings they threw onions green peppers and mayo. I don't likemayo I like Chipotle Baja. So now I have a sub o don't even want!!!!
