The workers are so rude on the night shift here, and when they are tired they give bad customer service and now my stomach is... hurting so bad from the food here and it is now 10:30pm I bought my food 2 hours ago! So I know it was the food from the blueheron location. Plus it was stale chicken not even fresh ???? so if I get any sicker I?m starting my paper trail for my lawyers.And the workers need to wear legible name tags so they can be identified and this place is so freaking ratchet it?sunbelievable, Please don?t eat here after the store manager leaves because you will regret it. Normally I like Popeye's food but coming to this particular one rubbed me the wrong way. The workers were extra slow and after I... ordered I asked for sauce which I was told that they charge for it. Like really?? You couldn't have put that info on the menubecause it said nothing about being charged for tiny sauce packets on it. These types of places do that and when you question itthen they treat us like Karens or rowdy customers because of ignorance and confusion. All the other Popeyes I went to nevercharged so I wasn't aware. I guess it depends on the area and this spot is in the rundown section of west palm so I guess theywould try to one up someone. I keep ignoring the signs that I shouldn't be eating this kind of food. I tell myself "ain't no way I'm waiting 20mins for some... food". The dining room doesn't open until 12pm. A service crew has the drive through closed. The problem is they left the #doordash... app open! There are a bunch of cars waiting for food that has come in that they are just dealing they have to make! Differentday same issues!. Between online orders, Delivery partners, walk in, and drive through, the store footprint just can't handlethe multiple revenue centers. The staff is tripping over each other. They completely forgot about my pickup order after i sent it in on the app, so i recommend not to do pickup with this location... because i waited a long time. once i received my order it was incorrect and the server read the receipt incorrectly to try totell me i was wrong. also an employee came in for a shift and started yelling at her coworkers, sounded like a conflict over theschedule, anyway, the whole restaurant could hear it. food was tasty.
