Customer service is horrible. The bright skin young girl, shouldn't be helping Customers. I came there to order the jerk... chicken before I could say what I wanted. She bust through the swing doors(with an attitude) saying "we don't have no oxtails"there was no greeting with "hello, may I help you?" I informed her that I didn't want oxtails and asked her what other dishesmight they have? She started talking super fast, so I left. Very unprofessional. First time there and I won't be going back. I have been going to the restaurant for years. I have never been over charged before and I always use to get my money's worth.... But on this day I received a plate like this, looks like I payed for a plate of rice, and this was suppose to be a large plateof oxtails, white rice and cabbage for $20 plus tax. This is a nice lil spot that have a nice dining area. Hard to spot them at night. Big screen for you to watch the game and eat... good jamaican food. They didn't have any jerk chicken but it was late so I understand they may have been sold out. I woulddefinitively come back to try it cause the curry was great. Read more
