The only Dunkin donuts open în 20miles radius. 5start for that. Called in 30min before my arrival to get 2 box-of-joe started.... Called 5 times. Left a message just in case. No answer no call back. Ghetto. Im not getting anymore food from there. They don't wear any sort of uniforms, no hair net, no gloves. The service is... also terrible. All the employees are super sweet. This is a very popular coffee shop in Riviera. It?s a hit or miss when comes to the pumpkin... drinks bc all the girlies and guys go crazy over pumpkin anything. I have nothing negative to say because there isn?t. Thecooks in the back are super funny too, they make sure they are reading the food tickets correct. Read more
I asked for 2orders of sweet black pepper bacon and they just gave me the dryest..most rubbery non seasoned bacon u could ever... taste. I mean there was nothing on the bacon and it seems as if they air fried it to the point where I couldn't even chew thebacon and it was cold. This is not the first DD that has done this...I mean...who is training the employees on how to cook thethings that are advertised for custome? I spent $10 on 1 glaze donut and 2 orders of bacon. I wouldn't mind if my food wascorrect but I mean seriously. This is the only way to try and solve it because whenever you go back and complain, u can never beto sure about what you will get next. It seems to me DD really needs to train better regarding the cooks in the back. Somefranchises even say they can't heat your bacon at all because it's against the rules??? Who wants cold bacon? We were passing through from out of town and randomly stopped at this location to grab breakfast . They had the friendliest... staff! They were extremely polite and working very hard ! Taking pride in helping customers .great experience! Read more
We placed a mobile order and still had to wait as if we were in line. We waited, easily, 20 minutes. 2 employees approached us... and asked us what we were waiting for. We said 2 bagels and drinks. An everything and plain bagel with cream cheese. She gave usthe bagels and cream cheese but the cream cheese was on the side. Glad we waited 20 minutes to make our own bagels with creamcheese. My husband ordered an unsweetened flavor on the mobile app but after the 20 minutes we waited, they told us they didn?thave the flavor so he ended up having to get something he didn?t want. The food and drinks were good but this kind of service isunacceptable. Can we figure out a way to leave 0 stars? Read more
Absolute horrible service. I'm a service technician in the Tri-County area for Miami Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach... I do a... fair bit of driving and I drink a fair amount of coffee. I frequent many Dunkin Donuts locations and I've been to this one morethan once. I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment because up here in Riviera Beach there are a few other places that arebetter to get coffee at but for some reason I always stop here and I'm always disappointed. The doughnuts are never fresh inthis location, the coffee is always burnt and tastes slightly off oh, the employees that work here are so unhappy to be workinghere that tell each other behind the counter that "they do not care how slow drive through is and they do not care how long ittakes to make people's food they don't need to come here" these are actual quotes from working employees that are here rightnow, no name tags or I would list their actual names but the girl with the long braids that works the counter should be fired.Like I said earlier in this review there are other places in Riviera Beach to get coffee... In a span of 2 months, I drove to this dunkin 3 different occasions? no food available, only donuts, and two or one type of... donuts. Thought it was a 1 time occurrence, but this is happening too frequently. People are rude, don?t waste your time withthis location. Read more
