I would give this location a 0 if it would let me I have been to this location several times as it is on my way to work. However... every time I go the service is worse then the time. Before.today was the worse ever After waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru I tried to order a donut. They didn?t have any I order a bagel also out then To get to the window they didn?t have any straws.no napkins How is that possible should I ask what do you Have.? Do better. Read more
Update 10/28/2022: The customer service and experience has improved immensely at this location. From my experience this has to... be the worse run Dunkin Donuts I have patroned. The staff was not courteous at all and this seems to be the opinion of most.It's a convenient location but it's worth going to another until management actually cares about how customers are treatedhere. 1.Random closing times 2. Unwilling to correct orders at the window. 3. Overall rude behavior with customer interaction. Read more
The service was slow as hell just ridiculous. Then when you get to the window you?re sitting there even longer after being asked... what you ordered. Again we will be going to a different location for now on its a little bit further but much faster andfriendly. Honestly one store is to much. Read more
Always understaffed. Offer a higher wage so you don't have to burn out your employees. Also, I ordered two ice coffees with... almond milk and they showed me a cup of ice and almond milk, asked "do you want sugar" and put less than a cup of liquid coffeeon top. Poor management. Read more
This Dunkin? Donuts take forever to make a coffee waited over 30 minutes in the drive through line and couldn?t get out because... of how the drive through is situated. Seemed like a nice Dunkin? Donuts but they just don?t know how to run it. Prior to thistrip I went inside for similar problems it took them long again to make an iceed coffee the worker took my order but asked meagain 5 times what I ordered Watched him make it and he made it wrong and had to tell him how to make it myself. Donuts are always great. Lots of people working. Most were super friendly and smiling but the girl at the register wasn't. Tried... to ask a few questions and she made it seem like it was a bother to respond. Later overheard she was the manager there. Neverexperienced that from a manager at other establishments before. The drive-through call box is out of order, but there isn't a sign posted to notify the patrons. We go up to the window to order... coffee. Once we place the order and waited the cashier notifies us as they get ready to hand us our coffee that they do not haveany lids. This stuff can't be made up - try to give coffee to someone in a car without a lid. They didn't think to notify uswhen we placed the order or before they charged us.
