This establishment has gone down in service and food preparation, within the last year. My Orange juice had the concentrate at... the bottom of the glass that was a half inch. I asked before ording my eggs, twice is M cooked through or a dunkable egg. Theywere half cooked through. Wait staff did not give their name and came to the table rushed and late to check out. I still tippedhim because he served us our food and came to check on us once. Mostly it was a " drive by", while talking . Not listening whatwe needed. Husband had to get up twice, for ketchup, and napkins. Customer service was not a priority. 45.00 w tip forbreakfast. A year ago, food and service was amazing. The table and seats were very dirty they had to wipe them down but they didn't do a good job because everything was now wet. The... server was friendly but kept forgetting our drinks and didn't give us any condiments after we had asked for them had to ask afew times. I haven?t been to a Denny?s for years and they didn?t have my normal tuna or chicken salad sandwiches so I tried grilled chicken... breast with bourbon sauce and vegetables. It took 30 minutes to get but it was on a cast-iron skillet, steaming hot and wasdelicious. What was great was a 10.99 price too. UPDATE: stopped in again and the service was a little better this time and mybourbon sauce grilled chicken was good. UPDATE? stopped in today and nobody knew what was going on and there was yelling at thecook, servers, etc? and after 30 minutes waiting for my sizzling bourbon chicken I received a cold skillet, very cold chilisauce and cheese no vegetables totally incorrect something not even on the menu. I will not be going here anymore. UPDATE:4/27/22 because of Covid and it?s on my way home I decided to give them another try. I ordered the bourbon chicken skillet andIt came to my table still sizzling and steaming and was absolutely delicious. My server Tamia was really on top of her gamemade sure I received what I ordered and it was wonderful. She even brought another tea for me when mine was getting low withouteven having to ask. I would've given the entire experience 5 stars but when we visited on Saturday October 22nd around 2am; the cook had a fowl... mouth and very loud as well. The cook repeatedly messed every other order up. The cook made the shift hard for the waitressesthat was there. It was 4 in our party we were there to have a meeting. Well our meeting didn't go so well thanks to the cookunprofessionalism. Our waitress Cassandra stayed calm and was very professional. She went above and beyond to try and make ushappy and pleased. We made sure to give her a nice tip. We will definitely come back thanks to Cassandra hospitality. If I maysuggest a promotion is due to Cassandra 1000%. The cook needs to be terminated. Read more
