Drive thru line took forever. We were in line about 40 mins and then there was multiple things on menu they did not have. Once I... got my burger the bread was a bit stiff as if it had been sitting there. They said not give us any napkins. So disappointedsince it is in a high traffic area. Staff members were just standing around talking while customers are in drive thru line and in store waiting to be attended. I ain't gonna lie, this place is pretty bad. The employee at the register was cool tho and did a great job but the food was... TERRIBLE. There was no ice, the pink lemonade turned out to be regular lemonade (which was fine) but when I tasted it, it tastedas if no sugar was in it at all. Seriously the worst Burger King in South Texas we witnessed the cashier coughing on the fries and the food. They were confused... about the order and canceled some items of the order because they were confused they didn?t ask us prior to removing anything itwas just horrible horrible horrible horrible! Dining room. Locked. Placed mobile order then told they didn't have items I ordered. And couldn't do a refund on my order. Worst... burger King ever. Don't stop at this location. Might as well throw your money in the trash.. wow. Read more
It's 1038 Sunday and they did not even say we're sorry we are closed, even so, they still could have served us,, they heard us... and turned off lights on us through drive thru. It was rude two vehicles there a truck and car. But no type of any customerservice. Dinning rooms closed at 10 but drive thru at 11? Doesn't make sense for this particular business, poor managementobviously, needs to be looked into by supervisor of this location of how ever many more they monitor. Read more
