Black-owned restaurant specializing in spicy chicken. Person behind the counter quickly took our order. I am grateful for his... patience as it was our first time. He had plenty of knowledge and recommendations from the menu. I chose catfish withhuspuppies, my husband settle for chicken and waffles at level hot. It was delicious but my husband couldn't stand the heat. Ha!We ate outside at a picnic table they have set up for customers. I thought that was a nice option. Decided to take a shot on this as the reviews and pictures looked good. I got the fat daddy sandwich, my wife got the 1/2 dark... chix & waffles and my 13 year son had the tender meal. I really liked mine and my son liked his. My wife liked the skin on thechicken but didn't like the meat and felt the waffle was soggy. I'd give the sandwich a 8.3 out of 10.
