We?re in town visiting family and wanted to try Taco Bell outside of Cleveland Ohio. Much to our surprise the service was... excellent. Lucas, our cashier was very patient and helpful in making our decisions on what to try. I really enjoyed my meals,Nacho Bell Grande with chicken and the 7-layer fries. I will visit this Taco Bell again next time I am here in Florida. Read more
Ordered food at the drive thru. As soon as I pulled away from the window, I noticed the food was very cold. Now, had to get back... in line at the drivethru as the store itself was closed. Told them my food was cold. No apology. Got "new" food. Guess what?Cold too. This place is a joke. Last time I was there before this, they said they had no Taco meat. Really? Call yourself aMexican food outlet? Franchise holder of this place needs to get fired. Read more

Worse Taco Bell I have ever been too. Food takes way too long to be made. They close when ever they want (One Saturday Night,... Website says 1am and Google said Midnight, and they decided to close at 10:45). Zero customer services, instead of owning theirmistakes they make up things to make it seem like it is not their fault. For Example, after ordering on the app then drove tothe store roughly 15 minutes after the order was placed was told "its the deliver apps (DoorDash, Uber, Grubhub) fault that iscausing the delay", but there was 4 employees just talking with each other while only 2 were actually making the food, only 1side of the make line was being used, then was told they are working on getting another make line that is for the deliver appsbut they are not even using what they have. This store is poorly Managed. If you want to wait 20+ minutes for your food in adrive-though or in store, and want to see someone get paid for doing nothing this is the store for you. The young lady that service did excellent she was the only one that was working in the building she was waiting on people and... cleaning the lobby why everybody else was sitting around playing outside playing around in the back and we heard them constantlytelling her to get back to work while they played her out and did nothing in the back to fill anything up or to sweep the floorsback there I have Brandon restaurant in the state of West Virginia and that's sad to see when a one employee is being mistreatedyou need to go back and fix your people there like I said the little girl was only 16 years old and gave out one hell of aservice she was excellent the rest of the people was poor we waited 10 minutes to get our food and that's uncalled for Read more
New restaurant, fast service, personnel does well it's job. Food is OK, average Taco Bell quality and taste. Clean interior and... rest rooms. Proper air condition setting (right temperature). Recommended. Read more
Due to their under staffing. It took a few extra minutes to get our food. The cashier was a little less then pleased. She walked... by me 3 times and didn't even ask if I was ready to order or if I'd been helped. I finally had to tell ask we were ready toorder and then she just brushed me off like it wasn't her job.
