Wow, this subway location has the perhaps the best customer service in this area, I highly recommend. The new renovations really... gives it a nice flare in choice of dining, nice way to spend a little time eating a fresh, delicious sub. I ordered online to the subway app the order was wrong when was delivered the store does not answer their phone and will not... respond online I will never order from the store again and recommend other people do not order there either unless they want togo through the same frustration I did. I went to 4 subways for the free sandwhich deal... 1 wasnt participating thw one on big bend and 301 and the others had reached... their 50 but were so rude. I came to this location all the staff had a great attitude and were working their butts off.... theyhad great customer service Read more
This sadly is not the first thing me I've been disappointed by how incompetent this staff is. Ordered online . Didn't receive... any sides but we're charged for all of them. The food was cold and wet. It's very clear this stores staff does not care abouttheir jobs. I will never go back..eat fresh..yea right. Read more
Literally the nicest employees I've ever met. The one gentleman, I think his name was Chris (?), seemed like he really enjoyed... his job and interacting with customers. He managed to make the mundane task of making sandwiches fun and entertaining.Definitely the best subway we've ever been to! Also, how beautiful is this sandwich!? Read more
Do not go here. The last couple of times we have been here have been AWFUL. They need new staff and management. The workers are... so rude, unprofessional and never have anything restocked. Here are the last few encounters we have had with this particularsubway: 1. Workers start talking about their nipple piercings and ignore the customers 2. Workers did not refill half of theitems. Meatballs? No. Ham? No. Italian herb bread? No. Tuna? No. We ended up leaving. 3. They ignored us completely so weleft. Latest time: I ordered online. Got to the store and the worker is like "I called you five times. We don't have anymeatballs" **She did not call me 5 times** I asked how long it would take to make the meatballs. She said 15 minutes. She couldhave made them while I drove there. I told her to cancel the order and left. She didn't cancel the order. Will not be goingback. Read more
I usually always have pleasant experiences here. The staff is usually very polite. Sadly the Sun sauce is usually out and the... oven has been down on multiple occasions in the past. However I still enjoy using this subway. I have not sat down here beforebut they have plenty of seating and also recently renovated the interior and it looks very nice. I also have not used the drivethrough but can confirm they have one. Read more
