I love Starbucks but this location seems to hire personnel who don?t like to work or who have a a major attitude. In no rush,... waiting for my order and I noticed the barista didn?t even add the flavor in. When I asked if she could add it in major drama,so I overpaid for a cup of coffee with milk in it. I will get my drink from another location before I shop at this target fromnow on since this has been a issue with these baristas on a weekly basis. Read more
The barista asked my wife if she wanted light or dark caramel in her caramel machiatto. That was the first time anyone has ever... asked to make sure they meet expectations, which is awesome. Besides that the coffee made was fantastic and the staff waspolite. Read more
Went in to the Starbucks across from Brandon Town Center to get 2 Venti size Frappuccino, no whip and extra caramel drizzle on... both. Ordered my selections then waited for them to make fill the order. When they called my name I told them of an incidentat another Starbucks near me ran out of caramel. The barista said she was not sure it of the two I ordered was caramel or darkcaramel. By the way, the other Starbucks substituted dark caramel tried it, did not like it. Continuing my story - Got to thecar and my wife and I tasted the drinks. Neither one was anywhere close to being a caramel Frappuccino as we have received inpast visit. I took the drinks back in and told the barista about our concerns. She apologized and offered to make two new ones. Again, it did not look like they was much extra caramel as we had ordered. Went back to the car, tasted the drinks. Again thedrinks were not as we envisioned them. Given how specific Starbucks is with food preparation you would think all Starbuckswould prepare the drink selections in the same manner in all locations using the same ingredients and amounts. Despite all other Starbucks, this one's customer service is really disgraceful! They don't even look at you!!! I felt as I was... not welcomed to their store. The coffee was luke warm (was supposed to be hot coffee). The associate was very disrespectfultowards her customers. I was waiting for my coffee and she was wiping her table and just ignored me. It would be my first andlast visit to this location inside Target!!! Read more
Had my first bad experience at a Starbucks. Three employees behind the counter and all of them acted like they didn?t know what... was going on. I asked One of them a question and she even said, ?I don?t work in this area?. The other 2 didn?t even respond tome. I only ordered a hot coffee with sugar, and it was cold. There may be other employees who work there that do a great job,but today was mediocre. Read more

The staff are always welcoming and their service is great. I love the nitro cold brew.
