Ordered a pizza for delivery. Was advised it would be delivered in 30 minutes. After over an hour I called to check on delivery... to make sure driver was ok. Was advised it was delivered even though it WAS NOT. Was offered to make another or to have moneyrefunded. Read more

Excelente service!!!! It appears that I order a Diet Pepsi instead of regular Pepsi and can you believe that the delivery guy... took it and 30 minutes later there was another delivery guy with my regular Pepsi. Received the wrong order and when I called about it the rep basically said she doesn?t understand how that was possible. Stated... they would send a reorder but after an hour waiting for it I called again. The pizza was still sitting there. Zach said he wouldsend it now but could not make me a priority over other customers even though my original order was completely wrong. Asked whothe manager was and he stated he was and asked if I wanted to write his name down. Customer service and competency definitelylack at this location. Read more
The staff was very friendly and understanding. However by the time I got my pizza I had to call twice to check the delivery... status, because it was about 20 min past the estimated delivery given at check out. As well as when it left the store I had tocall after 40min of it leaving the store and I had not received it. It unfortunately was no longer hot when I did receive it.The staff was very friendly though and addressed my concerns and got it to me 5 min after my 2nd call. I never order for delivery, I always do pick up. Today I was not feeling well and my kids wanted pizza. The picture attached is... how I received my order... they did refund me however that was not my end goal. I didn't want a new order since they waited 40minutes for the first order but I am very disappointed not at the store or quality of the food but the delivery! **edit - THEYNEVER REFUNDED ME!** Read more
2nd time in a row ordering with getting the order incorrect, and this time one of the pizzas wasn't even fully cooked. Normally... have had great experiences, so it's disappointing that the past couple have been pretty bad. Read more
Food was okay, the slices were very small and not cut evenly at all. Looked like a piece was missing so they cut a slice in 2.
