Quality issues: when you stand in line and ask employee for black beans on your bowl, employee fills the serving spoon with... beans and spills some of them on his way to put it on your bowl. The spills happens right on the chicken tray, so the personbehind you, if they order chicken, unwillingly also eat black beans. Eww. Service issues: employees are not slow but ask toobasic of questions for service to be efficient. Also, pricey for quality. Read more
This location has gone down so much over the years. I just paid $55 for half filled burritos, dry chicken, half filled cold... queso cup.
