It's unfortunate tht there are only children working here ???? smh ???? can't get an employee to bother looking you in the eye... let alone make a good cup of coffee. I ordered a regular hot coffee from here today and 2x in a row it was served to me cold. Iwanted a HOT coffee smh. I dnt have time for games or bad service, just left the cold coffee on the counter. Dunkin has a reputation for being either amazing or subpar but this Dunkin location consistently just disappoints. Every single... coffee I've gotten on my way to work is wrong with no flavoring added. Donuts are stale. Staff is super friendly and nice I justdon't think they are receiving any training is all. I think maybe if they had more training they could do better but dang isthis one just bad. Read more
This place notoriously asks drive through customers to pull to the front door and wait for their order over there, so they can... serve other customers behind first. When it's busy there is no place to park and you are left circling around wondering whereyour drink is and who and when is gonna bring it out. Do NOT pull to the front, wait by the window for your order. When Ifinally walked in to pick up my drink the employee started explaining me their internal issues. Unprofessional. Customer service could be better, I?m a bit of a stickler for that. Their iced coffee tastes like water. It does not have a... coffee taste at all, so I?m thinking they make it incorrectly? I?ve been there a number of times and it always comes out thesame? water with cream? does not taste at all like coffee. If you pay for coffee you should be getting what you pay for. I did it online pickup at this store and showed up 15 minutes after the order came in and the order of six donuts and a hot... chocolate had not even been started and then it took him about 6 or 7 minutes to put the donuts into a box it was prettyridiculous the employees there could care less about customer service and it was one of the worst places ever I do not recommendcoming to this place Read more
They over charge for bacon and one of the workers has the nastiest attitude and is so fake. She needs to be fired. The donuts... always taste bad and are either stale and crispy or are extremely soggy. I?m just really disappointed. The manager really needsto train their staff better because they way they act towards costumers sometimes is just fowl and embarrassing. Read more
