This Culver?s location could work on quality control and order fulfillment consistency. The last time I visited, we waited 30... minutes for 2 burgers and one large fry and the burgers were cold and the bread was crunchy from sitting under the heat lamps solong. Took over 10 mins for them to make my hot fudge sundaes. I noticed that the girl who made them hardly put hot fudge on them. I... pointed this out to her and instead of remaking then properly she just dumped more on top. Everything was great, it?s like McDonald?s but better or upgraded. They even have seafood, my only problem was that I found a... big piece of plastic in my chilies (looks like something was cut and the plastic felt in the chilies) and I?m wondering if I atesmaller pieces of plastic but didn?t notice because I had to put my chilies in the microwave and maybe they melted in thechilies or something.
