Ordered through door dash what specific instructions stating can I please have 8 honeys I select that honey on the app and I... still was provided nothing. Chick-fil-a you should be ashamed its bad enough that your grilled chicken breast is now half the thickness it use to be but... now I got only half a peice of chicken in my sandwich. Very dissatisfied our fries were also cold and soggy. Honestly I thinkWendy's grilled chicken sandwiches are much better and they atleast have a full size chicken breast on their sandwich. Read more
Awesome restaurant as far as chick-fil-A goes food was hot dined inside. It has a kids play area that was super cool.
The pic speaks for itself!! Never have I ever seen a market salad with eggs, tomatoes and cheddar cheese. The manger had the... nerve to argue with me about it. The salad itself looks terrible especially for $12! Read more
I rarely write reviews, but I have to in this case. Every time my wife and I try to give this Chick-Fil-A a chance, it fails... miserably. The fries are soggy / stale. The chicken nuggets aren?t cooked through. There is no crunch on the chicken strips, ornuggets. When you bite into them it?s still wet, as if the batter wasn?t cooked all the way. Extremely disappointed because welove Chick-Fil-A, but will never order from this location again. You?re better off going to the one on Causeway Blvd. You canhave great Customer Service, but if the product sucks, then a ?my pleasure? doesn?t matter. Read more
CFA! This location reinforces the ?if you build it they will come? saying. WOW is it BUSY! Busy busy busy location. Plan ahead... at lunchtime if you are tight on time. Use the CFA app to order ahead which does save time. There are 3 lanes when entering thelocation. 1 of those lanes is for curbside pickup which I try to avoid here due to the amount of traffic at this location. Iwould recommend this location and suggest you leave a review to help others. Read more
Used the app to order. Upon arrival at the store, the app announced I was to be in the drive in lane however I was driving so I... did not see it. The last time I used the app there was a parking area designated. By the time I found out there was nodesignated area, I could no longer reach the drive in lanes. Required to exit completely and travel almost a mile to Re enterthe drive in which had approximately 28 cars. No consideration at all that my order was prepaid. Worse the food was cold by thetime I reach home less than 10 min away. I will find it very hard to ever go back. It is common to see a long line, but insteadof fixing the cooking and delivery process they put up sunshades for their people who take money. Very disappointing Finally thechicken club had one small piece of bacon which I might have missed completely, cold as I mentioned. I guess they bagged it whenI drove up and then the ensuing 30 plus minutes to get to the pickup doorway may not have been a factor to anyone. Read more
