I ordered takeout for myself and my husband at 7:20 and my receipt told me my order would be ready for pickup at 8:10. When I... arrived, the takeout area was very crowded with people waiting for their orders (which isn't unusual) but instead of lettingpeople come to the register to let them know the name for each order, the employees working takeout walked around and wroteeveryone's order name on a paper bag and took it back to the kitchen. At 8:15 I was told my order would be ready in 10-15minutes, which was incredibly frustrating seeing as it was already 5 minutes past my pickup time, but there's not much I can doabout that. 20 minutes later I was told my order would be ready any minute, and was continuously told this each time theemployee came back to the counter from the kitchen. At this point, multiple people who came in after me had gotten their orderson time and left with their food. At 8:50, the employee finally told me my food was ready and when I went up to the register tograb it, she asked me how I was paying. I had already paid online. She went to get the manager who appeared with a different bagcontaining my food, meaning this employee was about to give me the wrong order after I waited for almost an hour, and it hadbeen over an hour since my original order had been placed. The manager offered me a "Sorry about the wait" but honestly if Iwasn't so hungry and over it, I would have likely stayed and asked for a refund. To top it all off, the wings weren't hot, oreven warm, there was hardly any sauce, we ordered a large onion ring basket and got what looked like a small order, and theydidn't give us the spicy ranch for the onion rings or the celery we ordered with our wings. Just ordered $111 worth of food to get home and find bricks for wings. My dog says the celery and carrots were fantastic. That... and the ranch were the best thing of this meal.The wings can?t even be ate they are so hard. I would definitely recommend goinganywhere but here. These wings are either from yesterday or have been sitting in a warmer since they opened. Nothing about anyof this was fresh. My order was supposed to be ready at 4:40. The order was not ready until 5:15. I was asked probably about 10times what my name was bc apparently no one could remember what they were doing. And no they were not busy. The food here is expensive they miss items and sides off your order and the food came old, hard, and cold. We got wings with no... sauce, missing condiments, and dry to the bone. Buffalo Wild Wings has been a consistent disappointment for years acrossdifferent chains and locations! I say this in reference to pre COVID experience so the excuses are invalid. Save your time andmoney and buy from literally anywhere else. Read more

Worst experience ever. Nasty place, food was bad and they take forever to cook your food. Plus, it is so expensive. Fries and... wings taste nasty and they were old (hard). I won?t come back to this place ever. Please safe your time and money. Macdonald hasbetter food and service which is very disappointing. Read more
The bartenders are great, the food is not consistent and the bathrooms are always disgusting. We go to watch football because... it's the closest to our home. I have pointed out issues to managers who generally are accommodating but the bathroom has nevergotten better. Read more
We came in and there was really no one in charge of sitting people so everyone was just walking in and getting the attention of... the hostess who also was a server. The first thing we were told as we were being set is "there's no ranch dressing." My wifeordered a salad and we were told sorry we're out of salad. Once we ordered it moved quicker, the food was good. The tableswere all wet when they sat us and kinda sticky even after it dried. The reality is there's very few places that have reallygood wings here, so we will go back eventually. Oh and we went at 7pm, so not having items early in the evening is somewhatconfusing. And while we were in the waiting room, the phones were ringing non stop and no one seemed to have any intention onanswering them (in case you're on the phone now thinking it might get answered).
