We wound up at this location due to the horrible service at the 301and Gibsonton location. The service here was outstanding the... food was on point. You should educate the other store on customer service. Your staff is great. Keep up the awesome work. Read more
When the waitress came to our table, we ordered our drinks and kids? food. She told us she would give us a couple minutes and... literally never came back to our table! On top of that, the milk they served the kids was spoiled. When we did finally get herattention (she was going around to one table in particular and eating off their plates) we asked for our bill and told her ofour grievances. She sort of apologized but didn?t even discount due to the spoiled milk. Unfortunate experience, especiallybecause this is such a nice place inside. I know everyone has a bad day once in a while, but this could?ve been remedied if theytried. Read more
