Great burgers and fries. Service was slow. But all in a good place to have a bite.
It gets a 3 because the food is good and the idea of gourmet burgers is a hit...BUT... the service and kitchen is totally... disorganized. If there are less than 10 people in there, you're fine. But if they are close to full, expect little to no tableservice and you may have to practically buss your own table. There seems to be no leaders or defined roles so when dirty tablesstack up, everyone makes themselves overly busy on any other thing, and the same goes for the food and table service. Since youpay first, the tips are paid in advance to the whole group so there's really no incentive to serve the tables well, it's a poormix of fast food service and gourmet food. Again, the food is spectacular, but that only gets you so far. If they are borderline busy, expect fast food type service. And I think this is just a management issue and training issue. The people andservers and cooks are super nice, helpful, but dont seem to know what to do or how to do it. I hope they fix this issue soonbecause they have a super niche menu and great potential atmosphere. Read more
Counter service restaurant with a zillion options. The person who took our order was confused that we wanted to dine outside... (because of covid) and said it wasn?t an option but a coworker came up and sorted it out for us. The burgers were great. A lotof food for some hungry people! I?d probably go back. Read more
Been here a couple times on work travels. Burgers are good for sure and pizza is good as well! Tables, condiments and self serve... coke machine are all pretty dirty, they need cleaned and disinfected. Every time I go the help is pretty young so maybe that?sthe deal with the cleanliness. I ordered the burger with the Blue cheese. Very stingy with the blue cheese and the 2 slivers of pickle. Plenty of lettuce if... I was asking for a lettuce sandwich. The sweet potato fries were soggy. The decorations are fun but food lacks for theprices. Read more
So far this is one of the best burgers I've had in Riverton! It's definitely family friendly and has a good and wide spread... variety of food to choose from. I recommend it. ,???? Read more
This place was great. There was a lot of food choices and places to sit. The decor and ambiance are amazing. What we chose to... eat was so delish- Southwest Chicken Bacon Wrap then a Salted Caramel, Chocolate shake to end a delicious meal. Read more
One star is the lowest so I guess that's what I'll go with. Food was ok but service should have zero! For our table of four, our... dinners were received over a 20 minute period. One meal came out then two meals came out (first person was done) then the lastmeal came out five minutes later. The last three meals came out after the table next to us and they sat down five - ten minutesafter us. The waitress delivering our meals was definitely not customer focused as it was abundantly clear we were a bother toher and she had no desire to actually provide service. My advice to her...get a new job or a better poker face. Definitely won'tcome back. Read more
