Very disappointed, no salad bar like they use to have. You can only order the dinners.
I ordered some KFC for my family last night. Upon pulling up to the order intercom, I was immediately met with some rude toned... employee asking me what I wanted. I wanted to brush it off, but I didn't really (I'll get to why in a second). I asked for whatI always get my family: 12 piece original recipe bucket of chicken with the two sides. I'm told they can't make that order thatway for whatever reason and that it'd take about 25 minutes if I wanted the chicken that way. I figured ok. I'll get us adifferent style of chicken. But we get to the drive through window and after I pay for the food, its pretty much ready. And it'sthe one I originally asked for. I'd call that a win, but the problem was the rude tone and general unfriendliness of theemployees. To top it all off, the biscuits were severely undercooked and still doughy. Its a fast food joint. That's usuallyunderstandable. Here's the "BUT". This is the third time in a row I've come to this KFC and had the same bad experience. Priorto last night, I told myself that if this happens again, I would not be returning to this KFC for awhile if ever again. Me andmy family's experience with the place has been on a downhill slope for the past few months and we're not the only ones who'vebeen having a bad time with this place. All this is a shame, really. KFC used to be one of our favorite places to dine-in andorder from. Lately, it's been a pretty disappointing time. Hope that changes at least for other people's comfort. Read more
I went through the drive thru just a little bit ago and there was a car that had pulled ahead and I assumed they were waiting... for something. All seemed fine and I received what I thought was my order and everything going well until I got home. I paid forchicken strip dinner, $25.75, and got a pot pie. I called to talk to them and the young man on the phone was wanting me to comeback but I told him I lived quite a ways out of town and wasn?t coming back to town. Apparently they can only fix it if you cancome back right then. I asked him what a pot pie cost and he said about 5 bucks and I replied, ?that was my issue, I paid 25dollars for a 5 dollar pie?. He was quite curt and made it appear that it was my fault for not coming back. I told him I wouldbe in town tomorrow and come talk to the manager. He hung up. I ate the pot pie and no complaints about the food, just theservice. It?s not rocket science, they can either compensate me with something of equal value, money or food, minus the potpie. We shall see if this 3 star rating goes to a zero or a 5 tomorrow. Read more
I stopped eating here because every single time I?ve gone here they?ve messed up my order. Well I decided to try it on my way to... work tonight and again they messed up my whole order. I don?t mean to be difficult because I?ve worked in customer service butit?s really not that hard to put gravy on mashed potatoes? little things like that. This will probably be the absolute last timeI eat here. I gave it another chance and they still couldn?t get what I ordered right. Read more
Nice employees. Good food. You can tell sometimes that the chicken has been on a warmer for a while, it's not always fresh.... Sometimes it's a little over done and dry. But over all good place to eat for a decent price. Read more
Couldn't eat inside. Ashley had one of the best voices over the outsider speaker. Very, very nice and accommodating. Very... professional and exceptionally customer oriented. Not that KFC is a bad place to work but I retired from a food service companyand I would have hired her away from them. She would be great in sales!!! Read more
I threw just about every change at the worker as my family changes its mind as we order. The worker was very patient and got... everything on the order right. They were very quick, and we were on our way with delicious food. The box deal was perfect forthe kids to keep all the food not as a mess in the vehicle. The sandwich I had was also amazing. We didn't get our mashed potatoes and my daughter and me were horribly sick all night after eating our chicken.
