All three of us were underwhelmed. It?s fine, but for the price, no way. My wife said she liked the chicken strips at JCWs just... as much. Which, I couldn?t even get chicken strips here. So I got a kids meal for nuggets ugh. That and a sandwich and a coupledrinks took us over $30 what the heck. We all agreed we love Super Chix far (far far) more. Read more

Crack Shack is the BEST specialty chicken sandwich in the valley right now! It tops Super Chix, Dirty Bird, and maybe even... Pretty Bird, (although it's hard to compare). They use chicken thigh and it is fried perfectly! It's very juicy, and a goodclean chicken flavor. I always lean toward the Senor Croque, with a Miso-Maple butter, toasted bun, bacon, and a fried egg thatis super flavorful. The buns used are super soft and fluffy-airy. The Firebird Spicy sandwich is also money. Perfect spice andhas that kick, but you're not drinking after every bite. Cripsy onions, great crunch, and their ranch is awesome. Fries arepretty good, not amazing, not bad at all. All the sauces are very good. The staff there are awesome, too. Very friendly, veryclean, and they go out of their way if you need anything. Side story: We lost a ring there after eating and when we called theytook my name, number, and looked everywhere for it. They found it and put it in a nice baggy with my name and everything.Amazing job on the manager and staff for calling back and helping. Read more

What a FANTASTIC experience at the crack shack. Thrilled to have a location in riverton. Came in for lunch, cashier was speedy... and welcoming. Food came out quick, I got the Senor croque with fries and a drink, love that they have red cream soda on thesoda fountain! The chef making eggs knows how to cook. The egg was cooked perfectly with a runny yolk, chicken is clearly highquality and the fries with ranch is a killer combo. The food aside, the vibe is second to none. The art on the walls says itall. Love this place! Read more

Had their half bird tossed in sweet heat sauce, it was ok. The breading on the chicken was too thick for my liking and the sauce... was lacking actual heat so I threw some ghost pepper sauce they had available. Their firebird sandwich and also their nuggetswere pretty good though. I'd come back to try more flavors/sandwiches. Read more

We tried the Crack Shack on opening day. The employees are really nice. The design is cute. The food is on crack for sure. I got... a firebird and it was ok but I wouldn't get it again. Flavor-wise, there is too much going on. I found myself wondering what thechicken itself even tastes like. Two in our group got a basic. Kind of the same-they thought it was ok. For the 3 of us, thechicken didn't stay in the sandwich. There's a lot of skin & fatty parts on the chicken, too. It is big and looks impressive. One in our group got a Senor Croquet & he loved it & would get it again. All around, it was fun to try. Here's where I'm sold:the fries with ranch were incredible & so we're the drinks! They have fountain ginger ale, which is good. The red cream soda isSO incredible here! When I go back, I will probably get a Senor Croquet to try but for certain would get fries & a drink again. The fries are thick with a good seasoning & the ranch is a perfect complement to them. This will be a nice place to have closeby Read more

Alright, we are Crack Shack fans! We frequent the Lehi location, but tried out this new one. They have changed a few procedures... with their new style. Things to expect different than Lehi: -smaller location. not really room for a line inside, and not asmuch seating -they text you when your food is ready rather than bringing your food to your table The food is the same, which isamazing. I haven't had something here that I didn't like. The chicken is delicious, and the pineapple mustard is practicallydrinkable. Try it out, you won't be disappointed! Read more

Grab extra napkins for some juicy and tasty chicken sandwiches. We had the Firebird and Senor Croque. The Firebird was tasty but... maybe a 1 or 2 on the spicy scale. What made it stand out is that it was a chicken thigh sandwich on an onion brioche bun. Generous portion of toppings provided a messy and yummy bite full of flavors. The Senor Croque was also tasty with some uniqueflavors subtly provide by the miso-maple butter and yet the bacon almost seemed absent. Overall, the chicken breast was juicyand our experience on their grand opening was filling. Read more

What is the ?Schmaltz?? It?s a mixture of duck fat and chicken fat! Makes everything super delicious. What?s the CS Sauce? It?s... a mixture of sriracha and thousand island. Quite tasty! Definitely coming back here! 10/10 Love the vibe of this place. Thebathroom is hilarious?they have all their 1 star reviews on the wallpaper haha!! This place has a bar, high chairs, changingtable in the restroom, large tables for large parties, outdoor seating, pick up window (they text you when your order is ready)and great music. Employees are very nice and welcoming Read more
