The order has been messed up on multiple occasions when I have gone to sonic it seems like there's only young people there... trying to run that and I don't think it's working out very good they do try hard and appreciate them. Usually love this place for drinks. Usually you can get them half off if you use your app. Today we went down and used the app... but when we got there the app wouldn?t work. We asked them if they would still honor the half off drinks and they said no. They turned the app off today. I guess when they get busy they just turn the app off when they want. Such a JOKE!! I guessthey only want your busy when they are slow?.I guess I will go back to McDonald?s and pay the extra .25 for their drinks Read more

I'd avoid this Sonic if possible. The grilled double cheeseburgers we ordered were each a single patty. One of them had nothing... but cheese, patty, and bacon. There weren't even condiments on the burger. The tots were cold and hard. All of the drinks wereincorrect. I ordered a Red Bull slush and recieved a sprite. The remaining drinks were supposed to be diet and were regular. Iunderstand mistakes happen but to get everything but a single item wrong is bordering on the ridiculous. Read more

Ordered 2 Blasts and some Mozzarella sticks via mobile app. Sent my son to pick it up. He arrives and parks in a stall,... presses red button to request pickup and waits 15 minutes. When nothing is delivered, he repeats this process. Again, nothing. He decides to go through the drive-thru and when he finally arrives at the order station, no one responds to him. He stays inline, arrives at the window to be told they are closed. He convinces them to give us our order (since we already paid). It wascold and melted. No apology, no explanation, nothing. This is not my first bad experience. I've enjoyed Sonic Drive-ins fornearly 50 years. NO MORE. This location has ruined Sonic for me forever. And you can't blame it on the job market. I've haddicey experiences since it opened. Poor leadership is the problem. So sad. Read more

Came here back in February and they were literally out of ice cream so they couldn't make any shakes. It was a Saturday at like... noon too so not even peak hours. I NEVER EVER make complaints to anyone EVER but this is ridiculous. I ordered a 3 chicken strip combo and this is what I got. 2... tiny pieces of chicken and 1 popcorn chicken. AND I had to wait a half hour to get it. 35 minutes it's absolutely not worth itfor that. When I called to complain the manager just said "well sorry but I've been here since 6 and I have to close so I'msorry but sometimes it takes a little longer but we work with what we have" and kept making excuses and acting like I was in thewrong AND THEN DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT even after I tried to be really nice about it. absolutely awful serviceand I won't be going there again.
