The truffle garlic ramen was very good. I do agree with other reviews that the price is a bit steep, but what isn't these days.... Great broth, perfect chew on the noodles, pork was a little dry and chewy on some spots. Overall a decent ramen experience. Justglad to see something in this area. Read more

This is my second visit and I got the Blaze ramen, the broth wasn?t very good.. it tasted like watered down milk. I like the... combo idea but the ingredients taste cheap along with the pork belly. Overall, kind of overpriced but if you want a quick ramencraving I guess it?s fine but not as good as Jinya. Read more

Not impressed by the overpriced Cajun Mazemen Ramen bowl $16.75. The light flavored spicy (beware it is ????????????) broth... base topped with scallions, corn, Cajun sausage and shrimp was pretty decent (the shrimp was particularly good), but thestraight noodles were lumpy and not worth the price we paid. However, the new Mountain View location was quite pleasant and thepatio area ideal for a late summer lunch. Read more

The food was pretty good but way overpriced. I?ve had ramen twice as good for half the price. Customer service was okay: Nothing... really exceptional. The interior of the building is also super crammed and it gets loud in there very quickly. All of theseating is super uncomfortable and it kind of feels like you?re sitting on top of other people. Soft open began yesterday. Naturally the place was crowded, being the location shares space with 3 other establishments.... Cafeteria style seating isn't super conducive for large families, and the noise level made it difficult to hear. We sat at asmall table in the corner, but the layout doesn't allow for conversation. People were walking by and bumping into our tablebecause the lines wrapped around the place. A lot of toddlers having melt downs ????. As far as customer service, we had a lotof questions about the menu and the staff had a hard time answering. I think that's a training issue and as time goes on,experience will help iron out a lot of that confusion. We ordered the Classic Ramen dish, a small rice bowl and Gyoza for anappetizer. For two people we spent about $50.00. The food took about 15 minutes to prepare, and if I'm being honest the tastewasn't "Out of this world, exceptional" I felt like I spent 20.00 on a Ramen dish I could have easily prepared at home withtwice as much flavor and filling choices. I asked for a side of Avacado in my bowl, I received 2 very thin overripe and brownslices and the added cost was NOT worth what was presented. The broth was creamy, but the veggies included in the descriptionweren't really that pleasing to the eye. The quantity also wasn't huge so maybe they were running low on inventory?? My husbandordered a small rice bowl with chicken. He enjoyed the sauce, but again maybe they were low on inventory because there wasn'tmuch of it in the bowl. When we asked if we could have a little extra we were told that wasn't available. Needless to say hisbowl was dry and he felt like he was eating plain rice with vegetables. Nothing wrong with that, but we could have served thatat home for less than 20.00. The appetizer was pretty good actually. Cooked perfectly, great amount of filling and the dippingsauce was delicious. We could have just ordered a few of those and that would have been just fine! Refillable fount Read more
