I will never come back to this location again. I have had nothing but problems here. 4 out of 5 times I've been here, they have... made my order completely wrong. I would ask the for a grilled chicken club and they would give me a regular chicken sandwich. Ihave complained about this every single time but clearly they don't care. I even contacted the company and they were quick toapologize and give me free food but they never dealt with the problem at the store! Response to the owner: That is a lousyexcuse. I have worked for fast food restaunts, three times, in my life. I have made mistakes, but never have I made the samemistake twice. Nor have I worked for a company that has repeatedly made the same mistakes over, and over again. As an owner, youneed to find an appropriate solution to the problem. You have had the exact same problem, because you don't care. Don't makeexcuses for your lack of leadership and tenacity. Google is a perfect tool to hear from your customers about the problems youremployees are providing to the customers. Every time I go here, my order is wrong. I call them to fix it, they say they will send me a reward in my app.. NEVER GOT IT.... This time is do a carry out order, I go inside to the pick up area, standing there waiting, my app notifies me that my order isready and on its way. I?m sitting there literally staring at my bag of food while 2 workers and 1 manager are reaching over mybag of food, digging through sauces, looking for something laughing and talking completely ignoring me and my food. The secondmanager is there staring at them giving them hot and cold clues for whatever they?re looking for while my food is not beingbrought to me. Finally after at least 5 minutes. One of the managers goes ?what?s that food waiting on? and then they bring itto me. This is the worst Chick-fli-A around here, at least for today. Order in the app half an hour before pickup. Went into the store,... waited 5 minutes for someone to come and talk to me, then waited another 10 minutes for my order. Also saw someone else sittingin her car waiting for 10 minutes, and had to come in to talk to someone for the order. The whole 15 minutes there, there were 8people in the food prep area, but only 1 counter was open with a line. Finally got my order, no straw for my drink, the sandwichwas spicy when I ordered non spicy, and no napkins in the bag. This location needs some training. Read more
Chic fil a is a dependable place to get consistently good food - for fast food The biggest complaint is the employees who are... outside taking orders. They attempt to take orders without the ability to see a menu. I?m not a frequent customer but I don?tlike getting the same thing all the time. Great customer service with seemingly happy employees. Love the delicious taste of the simplicity of perfectly fried chicken... with pickles on a soft bun. And dipping those waffle cut fries into the Polynesian sauce? it?s pretty magical. Read more
Went through the very efficient drive-thru. We ordered lunch and ice cream cones. The associates were friendly and helpful. I... love that they put our ice cream cones in cups! Our food was delicious! Read more
This location has odd hours than the rest of the franchises some days. For example it?s Saturday 930 AM Nov 26th. And they are... closed??? All other locations around are open but them. Also their dinning room has been closed since 2020 I believe. Will begoing out of my way to different locations than going to this one and seeing they are closed when they should be open. Read more
